What is a Hunting Analysis?

A Hunting Analysis compares your strengths with your opponent's weaknesses using available public Chess.com and Lichess games and imported over-the-board games. Sources, filters and available games determine the coverage. A completed report with the same settings may be reused within 24 hours. Free and Hunter include the same full matchup report.

What can I do on the Free tier?

Search and browse player profiles without signing up. With a free account, run 1 full Hunting Analysis per week, view showcase analyses and export up to 5 PGN files per day. Hunter includes 100 analyses per month and unlimited PGN exports. Both plans include the full matchup report.

What is PGN Export?

PGN Export lets you download a player's games in standard PGN format from Chess.com, Lichess, and OTB sources. Free users get 5 exports per day. Hunter subscribers get unlimited exports.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if you're not satisfied. After that, we do not provide refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
